Argument

In the depths of Otowakan, a once majestic mansion steeped in history and grandeur, resides Kanae Otowa. Abandoned by her father, who vanished after squandering the family fortune, Kanae finds herself burdened with insurmountable debts. Our courageous protagonist faces the imminent foreclosure of her ancestral home and the arduous task of evicting the remaining occupants - her dear friend Sousuke Kagura, and two peculiar individuals claiming to be her father's acquaintances: the legendary Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Ludwig van Beethoven. Unbeknownst to Kanae, fate has threaded an extraordinary twist into the tapestry of her existence. Miraculously resurrected, Mozart and Beethoven have reincarnated as playful souls known as "Motes" and "Beethes." Overwhelmed by their newfound lease on life, the duo indulges in a myriad of nonsensical, non-musical endeavors. Defying all reason and clinging to Otowakan, Beethes discovers a dormant power within the mansion, awakening the extraordinary force of Musik. Thus, Kanae's beloved abode is salvaged from the clutches of demolition, and her impending eviction is mercifully put on hold. Yet, as the allure of Musik pervades the air, Otowakan becomes a magnet for a gathering of enigmatic figures, including the likes of Frédéric Chopin, Franz Liszt, and Franz Schubert. Beware, though, for not all who possess the gift of Musik harbor pure intentions. Across the sprawling city, perched high atop a towering structure, the mysterious Johann Sebastian Bach plots his nefarious scheme. His intentions, veiled in secrecy, are tied intricately to the power of Musik and the destiny of Otowakan itself. The stage is set, the players are assembled, and the symphony of fate begins its enchanting overture.
