Duke Fleed is a Fleed Planet survivor who has returned to Earth, on board a mysterious "spaceship" where Dr. Umon is raised as his adoptive son, and Daisuke Umon is identified. He's facing the challenge of King Vega and his army, who want to conquer the Earth years after his arrival. With his friends Koji and Hikaru (and later his younger sister Maria Grace), Duke wants to use his strongest weapon-the all-powerful Grendizer-to strike back.

It is a stressful moment. Earth is not what it used to be any more. It was infested with a bug similar to the Blue genus. Twenty years ago Yuji Kaido, who is suffering from a mysterious illness, was placed into suspended animation before a cure was found. When Yuji wakes up, he discovers that he has been placed into suspended animation for more than 20 years and that the world is now dominated by these creatures. He then agrees to join a party of soldiers who are battling the Blue for hope for a better future.

Technology has helped mankind to colonize the entire galaxy of the Milky Way, and the men and women live on two separate planets, Taraak and Mejere, in a single star system. A vicious and literal gender war is raging, so much so that they no longer see each other as the sames people!After a failed attempt to steal a robot, Taraak's male third-class labourer Hibiki Tokai ends up stranded on a battleship. When the Taraakian Vanguard is kidnapped by female pirates, things don't seem like they could get worse for Hibiki.
Unfortunately, they do; when, out of desperation, the Vanguard's male crew fired on their captured vessel, they formed a huge wormhole that sucks the ships of the Vanguard and the Mejeran pirate! Still, stranded far away from their home worlds, if they ever hope to make it home, these men and women will learn to work together.

Suddenly, Earth is invaded by an evil force, Jaaku. But from the Earth the light emerges, and battles against Jaaku. It is run by Eldran on Raijin Oh. Since ancient times Eldran has covered the planet. During the battle, however, he was injured and Raijin-Oh falls to the ground. On the other side, Jaaku scatters all over the world her arms, Aku-Darmer.

Meanwhile, they have additional lessons in the 3rd grade 5th grade class in Youshou high school. Eldran leaves them with the Raijin Medal and tells them to save the World for him and then he is gone. The Earth Protection Organization consisting of elementary students is created in this way.

Scientists from around the world met to research the object at the center, while their children enjoy their daily lives attending Mt. Tate International Senior High School.Yukina Shirahane, a reserved girl from high school, is the daughter of the head scientist of the facility. Yukina manages to solve part of the artifact's puzzle while visiting her mother at the hospital. To her surprise Kennosuke Tokisada Ouma, a young samurai from the Sengoku period, is what appears before her.
As threat arrives from outer space, Yukina finds herself, along with Kennosuke, protecting Earth from the invading forces. On the way, she discovers Kennosuke's mystery and why he is determined to protect her.

The Main Tanegashima High School Robotics Research Club's goal to complete the GunPro1, a fully functional giant robot, has always been the. The club members have contributed to its success for years and it is now the task of Akiho Senomiya to eventually make a realization of the vision of all past club leaders. Things aren't as simple as they seem, though, as the club lacks the resources for such a massive effort. Apart from that, Kaito Yashio, the only other club member, shows little interest in supporting his childhood friend, and instead indulges in playing mecha-fighting games on his "PokeCom.
"Since Kaito is in the midst of wasting his days, he receives an indecipherable message and hears a speech that seems to be drowned out by background noise. He searches for the source, only to realize that it came from Airi Yukifune, an AI that exists only inside the Augmented Reality Environment that can be accessed via the PokeCom. Robotic;Notes follows Kaito's story when he finds a strange study that would have devastating effects in the future in Airi's database.

Fifty years after the original, Kotetsushin Jeeg features a new cast of characters, mainly the new main character Kenji Kusanagi, a high school student who becomes Kotetsushin Jeeg to combat the sudden reappearance of "Haniwa Genjin" ("Haniwa Phantom Gods" or clay robots) from the Jamada Empire ruled by Queen Himika. Together they discover Gaia, which they think is a magnificent treasure, but they are pursued by the minions of Uranus: V-Darn the vicious mage-knight, V-Sion the warrior woman, and Akumako, the sadistic imp-like companion of V-Darn's.
