Argument
Shuichi's utmost aspiration revolved around epitomizing the legacy of his music idol, the esteemed Ryuichi Sakuma, along with his iconic band Nittle Grasper. Teaming up with his faithful companion Hiro, Shuichi embarked on a musical journey, forming a band known as Bad Luck, ultimately securing a lucrative deal with a renowned record label. However, the impending studio deadlines loom heavily as Shuichi finds himself struggling to pen the lyrics for their songs. Desperately seeking a wellspring of inspiration, his creative reserves have reached a perilous low. While Hiro suggests finding a girlfriend to reignite his passion, destiny has a different course charted for our protagonist... On a fateful evening stroll through the park, Shuichi's latest lyrical musings are unexpectedly whisked away by the whims of the wind, serendipitously alighting at the feet of a captivating stranger, whose mere presence leaves him spellbound. Alas, this enigmatic figure is none other than the renowned novelist Eiri Yuki, whose caustic dismissal shatters Shuichi's artistic spirit, branding him bereft of talent. Fuelled by a potent concoction of frustration and determination, our resilient singer channels his pent-up emotions into completing his song, eagerly anticipating a confrontation with Yuki once more. But amidst this fiery resentment, could it be that Shuichi's actions are propelled not solely by rage, but rather by the seeds of an unforeseen romance?
