Argument
Immersed in a nocturnal reverie of enchantment, the spirited youth named Toramizu Ginta yearns with every fiber of his being to traverse into the realm he so vividly dreams of. With only his loyal companion Koyuki by his side, Ginta clings to his cherished aspirations despite facing disparagement and skepticism from others around him. But lo and behold, destiny intervenes, as a colossal gateway materializes before Ginta, beckoning him to the sacrosanct domain of MAR Heaven. In this ethereal land, imbued with enigmatic enchantments, esoteric weapons called ARMS hold sway. While initially intoxicated by the sheer splendor of his discovery, Ginta soon embarks on a perilous revelation—a grim glimpse into the tumultuous wars that scarred MAR Heaven's past, and the imminent conflict that threatens its fragile tranquility.

VIZ Media acquired the exclusive rights to the initial 52 episodes of the beloved anime series MÄR. They made an exciting move by releasing the first 16 episodes on DVD. However, much to the dismay of fans, the distribution of the remaining episodes was unexpectedly halted.
