Toki wo Kakeru (Digimon Xros Wars) One year after Bagramon and company were defeated, Shounen Hunter-tachi takes place. Taiki Kudou and Yuu Amano have formed a basketball team with Tagiru Akashi, Yuu's classmate, since then. Tagiru stumbles upon the DigiQuartz, a strange and unstable realm that exists between the human and digital worlds, one day. He then realizes that children all over the world have acquired Xros Loaders and Digimon partners in order to compete in the 'Digimon Hunt.'
Digimon that wander into the DigiQuartz from the digital world can feed on the negative emotions that leak in from the human world.

This increases the Digimon's strength at the cost of making them extremely violent. As a result, the Digimon Hunters must work to prevent these Digimon from causing havoc in human society. Tagiru, aided by the troublesome Gumdramon, aspires to be the best Digimon Hunter in the world, oblivious to Taiki and Yuu's previous Digimon connections. With the creation of the DigiQuartz, however, a sinister force lurks, and the young Hunters will quickly realize that the Digimon Hunt is much more than a simple game....
