Argument
Despite a full year having passed since the inception of the esteemed Iwatobi High School Swim Club, the echo of empty spots continues to haunt their ranks. The weight of seniority now rests upon the shoulders of Haruka Nanase and Makoto Tachibana, as Nagisa Hazuki and Rei Ryuugazaki, their younger comrades, stand by their side. Desperate to ward off the haunting specter of disbandment due to insufficient membership, the club must unveil a captivating allure to entice potential recruits. In the midst of this pivotal juncture, as graduation looms ever closer, the time to chart their respective paths towards the future has arrived for our senior protagonists. Unlike Rin Matsuoka, their peer and captain of the prestigious Samezuka Academy Swim Club, who tenaciously endeavors to realize his dream of becoming a professional swimmer, Haruka and Makoto find themselves adrift, indecisive about the career trajectories they should pursue. Complications arise upon the arrival of Sousuke Yamazaki, a former comrade of Rin's who ventures to our humble city to study at Samezuka Academy.
