In her quest to become the ultimate team manager and assist her comrades to the best of her abilities, she embarks on a quest to find an enlightening book on effective management strategies in baseball. To her surprise, fate plays a whimsical hand, leading her to acquire a copy of Peter Drucker's esteemed opus, "Management: Tasks, Responsibilities, Practices" - a profoundly insightful resource that focuses on the intricate art of running a business. Bound by the circumstances and unable to return the book, Minami decides to immerse herself in its pages. Little does she know, this twist of fate might just help her unveil an extraordinary playbook, merging the realms of sports and business prowess. Determined to emerge as a triumphant force, she endeavors to apply these unconventional business management principles to the realm of baseball, with hopes of propelling her team towards the prestigious Nationals tournament.
