Argument

During the dark aftermath of World War III, the unsuspecting nation of Japan bore witness to an unexpected turn of events. Despite the conflict having officially concluded half a century ago in the year 2150, remnants of its brutal battles persist relentlessly. These remnants manifested as enigmatic and perilous zones known as "Blackspots," engulfing the nation's landscape with contaminated ruins. Trapped within these treacherous confines, citizens found themselves plagued by unimaginable genetic mutations, granting them extraordinary abilities. These individuals, regardless of their newfound powers as shapeshifters, pyromancers, or even masters of gravity manipulation, became widely recognized as the "Needless." Amongst their ranks emerged Adam Blade, a remarkable Needless endowed with remarkable resilience and an unfathomable strength. United under a common cause, Adam and his valiant comrades must rally together, undeterred by the war-ravaged state of Japan, to combat an insidious research organization known as Simeon. Their mission: to restore harmony amidst the chaos and bring an end to Simeon's reign of wickedness.
