Argument

Kensei Maeshima, a prodigy in the realm of child figure skating, makes a life-altering decision when his long-standing rival, Reo Shinozaki, arrogantly dismisses his undeniable skill. In a surprising twist, Kensei abandons the glimmering ice and reluctantly enrolls at Inodai High School. Despite his exceptional athletic abilities, he opts not to join any official sports team, instead employing his talents to assist other athletes in need. Everything takes an unexpected turn when Reo, the very rival who rejected him, makes a dazzling debut in the realm of team-based skate-leading, joining none other than the reigning champions of the Grand Prix, St. Clavis Gakuin High School. This radical move sparks the curiosity of Hayato Sasugai, a classmate harboring an enigmatic connection to Reo. Sensing an opportunity to finally conquer his rival, Hayato manages to convince Kensei to switch gears and step into the world of skate-leading. However, upon Kensei's abrupt entry into the esteemed Inodai Skate-Leading Club, he is met with a torrent of resistance from the current members. Although undeniably gifted as a solo skater, Kensei's lacking teamwork skills become a glaring concern for his new comrades. His impetuous temperament, coupled with inconsistent performances on the ice, and a complex history with some of the team members, make them doubt his suitability as their revered "Lead." Forging ahead, the team realizes that they must confront these challenges head-on if they have any hope of securing a spot in the highly sought-after Grand Prix Finals. Their ultimate goal: to vanquish the formidable St. Clavis Gakuin and etch their names in the annals of victory.
