Argument
Arusu is a firm believer in the enchantment of magic. With unwavering conviction, she holds onto the belief that magic is not only real, but can also be harnessed for benevolent acts and thrilling escapades. However, her world is abruptly turned upside down as she finds herself inexplicably transported to an alternate realm, dominated by an enigmatic coterie of witches. This is no whimsical wonderland. These witches are engrossed in a relentless pursuit, capturing the indigenous magical beings known as sprites and consigning them to a life of servitude. As the realization dawns upon Arusu that this fantastical fabric is all too tangible, she resolves to embark on a courageous mission to instigate transformative change.

The captivating anime series mesmerized viewers as it graced the screens of NHK Educational TV from April 9, 2004, to March 4, 2005. To further enchant fans, a thrilling 6-episode OVA spin-off titled "Tweeny Witches: The Adventures" was unleashed on November 22, 2007.
