Take a look at the argument of Wings of Honneamise Song Lyrics:

Shirotsugh "Shiro" Lhadatt may be a cadet in the Royal Space Force (RSF) of Honneamise Kingdom, but he was never in space before. The RSF is frequently considered a disappointment by both the people of the country and a government that is more interested in precipitating a war with a neighboring nation than scientific achievement. After a fellow cadet's funeral, an unmotivated Shiro walks in town one night when he bumps into Riquinni Nonderaiko, a young, religious woman who is sincerely excited about the importance of space exploration.
When the two slowly connect, motivation from Riquinni encourages Shiro to volunteer as a pilot for a prospective rocket ship, eventually becoming the first man in space, Honneamise.

Shiro and the RSF are soon joined by a team of elderly but enthusiastic scientists and engineers, and together they embark on a quest to successfully shape their nation's space program. But their efforts soon catch the government's attention, which seems to have a different agenda in mind for the RSF.Just when the odds are stacked against them, these men and women tend to look to the heavens stubbornly, for humanity's last hope of salvation may lie somewhere beyond the limits of space..

About Wings of Honneamise

You can learn more about Wings of Honneamise Song Lyrics:

Royal Space Force: The Honnêamise Wings ( Japanese: 王立宇宙軍~オネアミスの翼 Hepburn: Ōritsu Uchūgun: Oneamisu no Tsubasa ) is an animated Japanese science fiction film written and directed by Hiroyuki Yamaga in 1987 and co-produced by Toshio Okada. Ryuichi Sakamoto, later acting as music director to share the Academy Award for the score of The Last Emperor. The film's plot takes place in an alternative universe where Shirotsugh, a disengaged young man inspired by an idealistic woman called Riquinni, volunteers to become the first astronaut, a choice that brings them into both public and personal conflicts.
The film was anime studio Gainax's debut production, whose subsequent television and film series Neon Genesis Evangelion would gain international recognition,1.

It was the first anime created by toy it game maker Bandai, ultimately to become one of Japan's biggest anime video companies. Yamaga and Okada had become popular for producing amateur fan-oriented short films, especially the Daicon III and IV Opening Animations, but their Royal Space Force pitch argued that increasing the anime industry demanded a move away from works that fans enjoyed on.
The creation of Royal Space Force involved a year-long collaborative design project involving several artists, including those from outside the anime industry, to create an elaborately designed alternative universe described as neither utopian nor dystopian, but "an effort to authorize existence.

The collective approach of the Royal Space Force to filmmaking, its deliberate rejection of existing anime motifs, its visual complexity and the general lack of technical expertise among its staff were all factors in its chaotic development, while growing confusion about the project led to what its investors and producers have described as an attempt to "fix" the film before it was released. That included false ads and a staged Hollywood premiere.
While the film received a generally good reception from domestic anime fans and the industry after its initial release in Japan in 1987, including praise from Hayao Miyazaki, it did not recover its costs at the box office, but ultimately became profitable through home video sales.

Since the mid-1990s, it has received many English-language home video releases, and the film has been viewed more favorably by numerous historical surveys of anime; the director has retrospectively expressed his conviction that the elements that made Royal Space Force ineffective made possible the subsequent successes of Studio Gainax..
