Argument
In the depths of longing for friendship and a chance to showcase her musical talent, the solitary and socially anxious Hitori "Bocchi" Gotou pours her heart into strumming her beloved guitar. But destiny takes a dramatic turn when Bocchi crosses paths with the vibrant and extroverted drummer, Nijika Ijichi. In a serendipitous twist, Nijika extends an invitation for Bocchi to join the Kessoku Band, as their original guitarist hilariously flees just before their very first show. Soon, fate delivers another companion to Bocchi's side, the effortlessly cool bassist, Ryou Yamada. Although their initial musical performance may fall short of expectations, the girls discover solace and inspiration in their shared passion for music. Before long, Ikuyo Kita, the previously escaped band member, returns, completing the quintet.
