Argument

In the boundless realm of the Crimson, treacherous beings infiltrate the serene Misaki City, ruthlessly draining the life essence of unsuspecting humans. To counter this imminent threat, Flame Hazes emerge as the stalwart protectors of mankind, stepping forth to reclaim their existence. However, within this daunting battle between the Crimson Denizens and the Flame Hazes, one among them, known as the "Flame-Haired Burning-Eyed Hunter" and named Shana, finds herself drawn to a particular human soul: Yuuji Sakai. Unbeknownst to Yuuji, his ordinary life takes a bewildering turn as he is inadvertently embroiled in the conflict swirling between the supernatural factions. Shana, pledged to safeguard humanity, now perceives Yuuji as more than just an ally, harboring feelings that transcend friendship. Yet, the enigmatic blend of warmth and aloofness in her character leaves Yuuji questioning if she has ever confided her emotions before. Their days, amidst the backdrop of nonchalant routine, are abruptly shattered when a mysterious transfer student enters their lives. Astonishingly, this newcomer bears an uncanny resemblance to a former adversary, setting in motion a chain of events that threatens their very existence. With the looming threat from the Bal Masqué organization, Yuuji and Shana can no longer postpone their delicate art of dancing around their intertwined feelings.
