About

Rampo Kitan: Game of Laplace (also known as Strange Tales of Rampo: Game of Laplace) serves as a thrilling homage to the legendary author Edogawa Rampo, commemorating the 50th anniversary of his demise in 1965. Renowned as a prominent figure in Japanese mystery literature, Edogawa Rampo, a pseudonym for Tarou Hirai, left an indelible mark in the genre's development. Notably, his intriguing novels often revolve around the iconic detective protagonist, Kogoro Akechi, the first recurring sleuthing character in Japanese fiction, masterfully crafted and undoubtedly influenced by the esteemed Sherlock Holmes created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
